Razor MX650 Dirt Rocket Electric Motocross Bike

I am disabled, and bought this item to get around. Nothing in the description states it is a childs’s toy. The weight limit of 220 lbs. led me to believe an adult could ride it. Nothing of the sort. It is built for someone with the stature of a small child, no greater than 4 feet tall. Why you would put a child on a 100 lb. electric motorcycle that can go 17 mph is a mystery. Needless to say, I am returning the item.

Don’t buy any Razor products except for their original scooter. Their customer service is non existent. If they believed in their products you would be able to buy and return them at a retail store like any other product. You would not have to sign off that you will not return it to the store. After the success of their original scooter they took their brand name and tried to squeeze every bit of profit out of it that they could. Razor does not mean quality to the many people screwed by their products.
I would not be surprised if all of the positive feedback for this product was written buy Razor employees themselves.

Impossible to use thought supposedly brand new WITHOUT ALL THE HARDWARE TO ASSEMBLE THE BIKE!!!! How frustrating to purchase such a pricey item only to open the bike and find there is no hardware to assemble the handlebars, no battery charger and no instructional DVD! I’m always hesitant to purchase from Amazon because of these very concerns. I guess I won’t make this mistake again.

This is a well-built machine. My 9 year old son loves riding it. It’s plenty fast. Make sure you ride with a helmet, closed toe shoes, and long sleeves and pants. My son took a spill on the pavement when he hit a water puddle, and got pretty scraped up because he had shorts and a t-shirt on. I’m 220 pounds, and I took it for a quick spin and found it carried me quite handily. It’s easy to learn to ride, and you can ride for about 30 minutes total on a charge. It comes mostly assembled. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Instructions are poor, but it’s easy to figure out from the pictures. This is worth the money, and I would recommend it.

This is a great bike for the cost, very quiet, charge holds well and gives some good rides. Only one criticism, the age says 16 but it suits my [...] perfect – maybe a little small for a 16year old
